Warranty conditions

All Black Label Biker® jeans come with a Lifetime Accident Guarantee*. To validate the guarantee, follow these steps:

1) Send an email to contacto@blacklabelbiker.net requesting the warranty.

2) You will be asked to submit a 2-minute video, giving testimony of what happened (Your name, where and how the accident occurred) and showing the damage caused to the BLB® jeans.

3) Once your video review has been reviewed and the garment has been received (a prepaid shipping label will be provided), it will be analyzed and a brand-new pair of jeans will be shipped. If the size or color you want is not in stock, you can select another style or color that is in stock, or you can choose to wait until the product you want is back in stock. If you wish to exchange it for a more expensive style, you can pay the difference at the time of the exchange. No cash refunds will be issued if you opt for a less expensive style.

4) By submitting your video testimonial, you authorize Black Label Biker® to use it for commercial and marketing purposes only. We suggest you do not provide any details or personal information in the video. Your personal information will be handled responsibly, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

*The BLB® Jeans Lifetime Accident Guarantee does not cover natural wear and tear. Please note that the top layer of denim will fade with use and washing, like any regular pair of jeans; therefore, this is considered normal wear and tear. If you want to minimize fading over time, we suggest following the washing instructions found in each jean style listing in the online store or checking the internal label inside your BLB® jeans.

*Likewise, the lifetime accident warranty does not cover minor tears or scrapes caused by falls or minor negligence, in which the Kevlar was not exposed.

For the damage to qualify for replacement under the accident warranty, there must be damage to the garment where the Kevlar is exposed, indicating that the pants have performed their function and need to be replaced to ensure safety.
